A Chunk of Grace

I was just living my life, doing what I want to do, going at my pace.
I believed that I could do anything I set my mind to,
and I thought that is how I could make myself happy.
But still there was something missing!
I’m loved by Jesus and I’m just a chunk of his grace.
Withering away, hope was pierced, the blood of Jesus.
From the cross his blood was flowing down, to cover my sins.
It can’t compare to any strength I might have had.
I said goodbye to the old way of life.
My life was saved by Jesus, and I’m just a chunk of his grace.
Abundant life, I’ve never heard of such a think, it’s a whole new world.
Peace and hope and victory, all wrapped up in the promises.
and it will continue in heaven, eternal life!
It all starts right here!
The road I’ll walk with Jesus, a chunk of grace.
